Passive Follow up
The purpose of passive following up is so that you can stay in front of people without feeling like you are harassing them. Most sales books will tell you that people rarely if ever make a buying decision the first exposure. So it takes a few times for them to be exposed to a product, service or opportunity to take action. Another thing to keep in mind is people are also buying you so the know like and trust factor is important here. So it takes time for people to get to know you. How long? Well that depends on the person and that is why we keep feeding our pipeline so that we can get the conversions we need.
Types of Passive Follow up
There are a few components to passive follow up. Email marketing is the first and most consistent method of passive follow up. Going live on social media such as tik tok instagram and mainly facebook is another method of following up. directing people to webinars is a third way as well if they have not seen the full webinar.
ACTIVE FOLLOW UP
Active follow up is exactly what is means. For you to respond to people in the messenger such as facebook messenger and see if they are ready to join or do they have questions.
this is mainly going to be done after they have seen the webinar as tey should have set up an appointment. Also if they dont show for whatever reason or cant make it you scheduled another appointment. If they keep missing them then get the hint, especially if they are in your autoresponder then let the passive follow up do its job.
You can also invite them to a live webinar or a atm group so they can have another avenue to check out the info.
ANSWER QUESTIONS
If they have questions you can ask your sponsor if you dotn know the answers. We should have a frequently asked quesitons eventually. Also ask them if they have seen the webinar as most of the questions they should have will be addressed there. Really push them to the webinar if they have not seen it yet because they could be tired kicking and wasting your time. Remember their ability to follow directions indicates whether they will be a good teammate or not. Them watching the video is apart of the qualification process , so keep that in mind.
