If you are reading this then you have already gone through the who they are training. If you havent, then I would highly recommend you  do unless you have experience understanding who you target audience is.

This training  is designed to show you where your people are  on  facebook as well as break down the overal structure of facebook. When you are done here, you will have a greater understanding of facebook then 90 percent of marketers. Also  you should be able to find your people so that you can interact with them and see if they are open.

This training comes in 2 parts. First It will teach you about  the how to see the common problems or interests that people have that they gather around social media with.
The 2nd part will teach you  of the different  places on facebook such as video, reels, groups, profiles and others as well.

There are 6 major sides of facebook. It is important to know them in order to be able to take full advantage of the platform.

 

  • Facebook profiles

  • Facebook Groups

  • Videos

  • Reels

  • Search

  • Fanpages

WHERE ARE THEY ON THE PLATFORM?

The goal here is to find people that you think are good prospects to contact. Do not overthink this as the goal is to contact as many people as possible (without over doing it to mess up you facebook account) in order to get into as many active conversations as you can.

There are 2 thign to think about.

Facebook Infulstructure
Niches

Think of Niches is a specific area of interest that a particular group of people are interested in.

Here are the places to fine people on facebook

  • Search
  • Text Posts
  • Video posts
  • Image Posts
  • social signals
  • likes
  • shares
  • comments
  • fanpages
  • profiles |friends of friends
  • follows
  • newsfeed
  • folks on ads
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Groups | a big one
  • reels 

The above places you can fine people in order to contact people. This principle works generally the same btw on other forms of social media such as instagram, tik tok, twitter, and even youtube. There will be posts and trainings on those specific platforms down the road.

Ok So What are the steps?

I wouldn’t try to use all of these places at once. I would focus on groups, pages, social signals(likes. Then expand it to images and messenger and further once you get the hang of it. If you join enough groups and pages that are good with engagement you will have more then enough people to hit you goals and contact.

 

  1. Join Groups and Fan Pages that you are interested in and that you can bridge to the opportunity you may have. For instance if you have a product selling info that is designed to empower people when it comes to making money and being a better them then folks like Dean Graziozi, Tony Robbins, The Hip hop Preacher, Maria Forlio, and Les Brown would be great pages to go to as they all have good engagement. You want to join groups that talk about them and other success groups or quote groups.
  2. You then want to comment on posts and post yourself and look at posts people are engaging in recently.
  3. Click on the reaction to see people that have liked, loved, even hated, comments or the post itself.
  4. Go to that profile and see if its a profile that matches what you are doing or if they are active and it someone you might be able to build a relationship with. We are not doing rocket science you can tell in a few seconds of scrolling
  5. reply to their comment and like there comment. Try to create a back and fourth and pre rapport.
  6. Send them a friend request
  7. Wash rinse and repeat.

Dont over think it. Demographics are just a way to categorize people so you can use this as well as the finding joe and kaly document to determine who your people are that you should be focused on.

Type of Demographics (These are not in order of importances

  • Age
  • Religion
  • Gender
  • Location
  • Race

 

Pychographics

Description I will come up with a better name I swear but think of these as common problems  or benifits that bring people together. They go beyond the demographics but combined with them it can help yo further isolate you core audience or core person. That core person thing will be more important when you make content but still good to keep that in mind here. Niches are kind of another way of saying pyscographic

  • Free yourself from your job or a  2nd partime job
  • free yourself from  the gig economy
  • buy something for you kids
